I am 24 wks pregnant, work full time (though my company is doing layoffs and I could lose my job any day), I am enrolled in college and due to graduate end of this yr, and though I have a huge family - I feel alone and abandoned.
I am married, and try to have discussions and make plans for the baby and our future with him; which is always a dead end, argument, or is avoided. It's like pulling teeth to discuss names, registry ideas, or just to share how I feel - I am scared since this is our first child together, I miscarried previously and again my job is on the line day in and out. I've accepted that I could lose my job at any time, I would rather not because of the added stress and concerns it places on us as a family; but I am finishing my classes to become a teacher and regardless in the fall I start student teaching, so I can't work once I start that because it is a full time job and I still have classes and exams and am being observed by my school. I am so worried about staying on track with school too before the baby comes in June, otherwise I get behind.
I hate the idea of adding more pressure to my husband of being the sole income (after maternity leave or if I get laid off before baby arrives) but that's the reality of it and it can happen. I am trying to stay on track with school so I can get a teaching job asap.
I have no additional support, encouragement, or vent system with my family either. I have a sister 2 wks behind me in pregnancy (with her 2nd); a brother whom I don't speak to much and after several attempts to sort out issues I've learned it's better to just pretend it didn't happen and don't speak to. My sister has been been absorbed in her own situation, understandably, however every moment I try to indulge in or enjoy, has been overshadowed or just stolen from me. She knows the struggles I faced to even get to where I am now with being pregnant, but it's all gone out the window. I was expected to announce my pregnancy with her's to our families (by our mother whom still thinks I am doing all of pregnancy wrong because she isn't controlling it all or my life), share a shower (which now my sister-in-laws are planning without my sister bc she doesn't want to be apart of it), etc.. I spoke up and said no! We are still individuals and deserve to each have our own recognition and enjoyment from this process. Instead, now I'm hated because as this will be my only child - I am the selfish one.
My husband for years has had a huge resentment to God from things such as teenage pregnancy, losing his Grandmother at a young age, to our marital issues, to every tiny little thing in life. It takes little for him to get upset, yell, or cuss. I've voiced my concerns and dislike about it, asked that he be more aware and try to not be so quick to anger ... now it falls on deaf ears. It turns into arguments and hatred. I get stressed more from his attitude, then thinking about my own problems and life struggles .. and I'm pregnant and we all know there's a million thoughts constantly taking place when a woman is pregnant!
I just need a sound board, someone to listen, care, support me, or give me some advice. I am slowly running out of answers and am being backed in a corner. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Also you mentioned that your husband has some anger at God, if you don't feel that way, then I would suggest getting involved in a good church (if you're not already). Church family can be a wonderful resource and source of support even if your husband won't go with you.
