Hi all,
I've uploaded a picture of my stomach at 29 weeks. Well, will be 29 weeks tomorrow. Close enough. Can anyone tell I am showing? I'm still being told that I don't look pregnant and even when I shop for baby stuff people ask me whose baby I am shopping for. At my water aerobics class, everyone I've talked to says I don't look pregnant. When I go to church, they say I'm not showing. When the installers came for our nursery carpeting they asked where the baby was. It's starting to really upset me.

We tried for over three years to get pregnant and battled infertility. This child is so wanted and I am disappointed that I am not getting to experience the part of my pregnancy when people ask how far I am or approach me as if I am pregnant.
THANKS!

You look like 29 weeks to me! Sometimes people think it's a compliment to say you don't look pregnant. Don't listen to them, do whatever you can to enjoy what you have when you have it. I lost my son at 30 weeks and wish with all my heart I would have embraced my pregnant body more when I had the chance.

I am sorry. That's terrible. I could not bear that happening. :(

You certainly look pregnant. Its hard to understand how people can fail to notice. Perhaps body-hugging clothes would enhance the pregnant look!

Aww...Your bump looks amazing and I am not trying to just boost your bump esteem! One thing that I have realized is that during your time of being pregnant you will experience so many different opinions from everyone. If it is okay for me to make a suggestion, I would encourage you try and focus on you and baby and try to filter out what you believe may be negative feedback from many others. Seeking approval from others will take up more of your time than necessary. We all know that having buckets of energy are a rare commodity for expecting moms. So use the extra pregnant energy to create the nursery you dreamed of and preparing for your new arrival.

I would like to work on the nursery but my husband and I are low-income. Every purchase is tight on the pocket book. Getting the nursery carpeted was the last thing we did and I just don't have many true friends or family. Friends have mentioned throwing me s baby shower but no one is really stepping up and I don't want to force it. I wish we had family to help us. Neither one of us has family. We are making one though. I am caring less about what others think now. I am 30 weeks today!
