hi everyone,
this is my first post here. I’m not sure how this works. Is daily strength just for pregnancy or is it everything? I’m looking specifically for an online pregnancy support group.
im 23 weeks pregnant and feeling so low and anxious. I’ve had periods of this on and off my whole life, but this is the first time since being pregnant and it’s terrifying. Do you guys have feelings of lowness and what feels like grief during pregnancy?
i have a history of depression and anxiety so it freaks me out when I feel like I’m spiralling.
thoughts?
I have to over the years depression and anxiety caused by PCOS.
If you arev23 weeks in, and I'm 12. Im scared this will never go away either and turn into post partum depression.
