My Daughter is 19 weeks Pregnant,,,,And SHE is terrified of DYING
She is currently seeking Therapy for this.
I would like to give you a little background about her.
Back In November,she found out she was pregnant and quickly lost that baby. Then in December,found she was pregnant again.( I think this was way too soon )
This pregnancy has been a difficult one. Being sick and Tired and going to School. She is studying to be a Psychologist.
Her Husband can't be there 24 hours a day, He needs to work.
I am SO worried about her, especially when she says, she wanted the first baby and was happy, but now, she doesn't feel that way.
She is angry with herself for feeling this way.
said she is mad for her body betraying her.
Also has said she hopes the KID is okay but doesn't feel attached to it.
I don't know how to handle this.meaning I feel as if anything I say isn't helping to ease her fears.
I had the same feeling when I was pregnant for her, Although I loved my baby I was also terrifying of dying.I did tell her about this so this way she didn't feel like a BAD person for thinking about herself.
Any other suggestions for me as to help calm her fears.

The problem with my Daughter is she was diagnosed with depression years ago,started on meds then took herself off them ( a Big no no ) I also suffer from Depression. In the past I spoke to her about playing Dr on herself. She is NOT a stupid woman, In fact is extremely bright. So this makes no sense to me in the least.
It's as if she doesn't want to take medicine to help her,
Maybe, in the back of her mind she hears her Father saying to me, I don't want to be with someone who takes HAPPY pills.this occurred years ago and he did cheat and left me.
Today she said to me that she was going to speak to her Midwife about going back on Anti Depressants..
she also has severe anxiety and panic attacks.
I cannot believe that a Dr said to her, she could try for another baby right after she suffered from the miscarriage.
I speak to her gingerly, because I don't know if what I say will set her off.
While I hope she speaks to someone about antidepressants, I can't help worry that she will stop taking them again.
