try to just keep saltines on hand, and when you feel super sick, lay on your side and try to drink some sprite. this may all be pretty obvious, but im facing the worst of my sickness now.
A friend of mine had MS all the time and really had a hard time eating anything. Another would throw up when she tried to grocery shop (resulting in her dashing out of the store to barf in the parking lot a few times).
I'm more troubled by the headaches than the tummy flip-flops, but mine seems pretty mild compared to what I was anticipating. I'm just under 10 weeks, so I am hoping it goes away and doesn't increase with fury! :)
Room temperature water has helped. Saltines have helped - just not every time. Most of the time just eating (forcing a little something down) helps. I just keep thee quantity very small to avoid throwing up.
