I dealt with this from about 5 or 6 weeks until about 13 weeks or so. I'm about 16 weeks now and still deal with it about once a week at night. The zofran that my doc prescribed didn't work but the phenergan did. I felt the worst when I got behind on eating and drinking. Lack of sleep was my biggest trigger, though, so try getting some more rest. This part stinks but you will pull through. And be sure to let your doc know even if you haven't been seen yet. Is this your first?

I feel your pain! I am in the same baot right now. Just over 8 weeks with my first and naseous 24 hours a day for the last two weeks...vomiting occasionally. I try to eat small amounts frequently, which helps for about 20 minutes. The only thing i have found that helps somewhat is peppermint. Peppermint tea is ok, but when i'm working, i carry hard peppermint candy in my pocket. If i start feeling really bad, i pop one of thoses and it does seem to help! I have heard peppermint oil on your wrist or a cotton ball and smelling it helps too, but i havent tried that yet. Also if you can find hard ginger candies to suck on, or root beer flavored. I hope you can find some relief! Its really no fun!

The sea bands helped me. You can get them at CVS in the tummy care aisle.

Have you tried the preggo pops from babys r us? Heard they work pretty well. Or lemon drops the candy. They also have the sticky things that go behind the ear for motion sickness... Maybe worth a try?

Dear, I have had morning sickness the entire pregnancy so I understand what you are going through. If I knew how much Zofran I would be taking I would have bought stock long ago. I was recommended Sea Bands, I have not used them but I hear they work.
