SO ladies personl topic.....does anyone else have mild cramps after having intercourse with there significant others? they dont last to long just a minute or two and are to bad but still have to question everything this is my first pregnancy lol. I am about 10weeks along and have a healthy sex life with my boyfriend that i would hate to give up if this is some sort of problem.... Any advice would be appreciated : )

hey i am 17 weeks pregnate and in the first month and a half i felt light cramping like one or two cramps after having sex and my baby is healthy with no problems.I was reading a book called "what to expect when your expecting" and it said as long as you don't have pain during intercourse or have bleeding\spotting during or after than the baby is OK. I'm not a doctor but im pretty sure that your baby is fine but if it worry's you a lot then you can always contact your OB if you have one. if the cramping is hurting you though maybe you should let your OB know because my cramping didn't hurt.

As long as the cramping goes away and there's no blood, you're just fine. It's normal to experience some cramping/contractions after intercourse (same systems functioning).

agreed with the ladies above. of course i wish that was my problem. when i am prego my sex drive disappears COMPLETELY. if my husband didn't touch me for months it wouldn't bother me in the least. mind you - we have a very active and fantastic sex life outside of pregnancy - just these damn hormones make me nuts.

I have a similar issue, only I just have cramping after an orgasm. I also have some light spotting the day after intercourse. My OBGYN said it is nothing to worry about.

I had some cramping the first two months I was pregnant after intercourse. The last month and half I haven't had any (left my ex because he turned out to be a butt) but I have the problem of having an extremely HIGH desire for sex. I don't always act on it but if I could get it every day, I would be in heaven!

thanks for the input everyone. Yeah i have always had a high sex drive and now its thru the roof. Lol i am sure my boyfriend is ok with it. Not really any cramping the last couple of times we were intimate thank goodness :)
