Ha ha...I felt the same though towards the end, and she was 2 weeks late, I was on crutches cos of PGP and had a long induction process and spent a week in hospital but it's mad how none of that matters once they are here xx

Lucy, I was the same way 2 months after my Autumn was born. I couldn't wait to do it again. I did nothing about having another baby until I had my ectopic in March of this year. I was told I'd never get pregnant on my own and then to have an ectopic... well, I was shocked, but it TOTALLY pushed my baby fever into overdrive. I'm pregnant with baby number 2! Yay! Enjoy the first year (and every year) with your girl. It's so much fun. Excuse me while I get my daughter who's throwing a tantrum. LOL!

Hey Lucy - I'm with you, and at 42 trying to savor every moment because I know I will never be pregnant again.

Ladies, I know you're exhausted, hungry, puffy, your feet are swollen and you can't wait to get this kid out of your belly. But trust me, soon enough that baby will be a teenager and you'll look back and say "Where did the time go?" So enjoy every kick and every craving. Indulge yourself while you still can...

Completely! When I was having a bath after delivering her Rob asked me if I would do it again and I didn't hesitate in saying hell yeah! lol

Ashton is 3 mos old now I, too may do this again (although my kids are 15,12,9 and 3 mos)...this would be the LAST and I would get a tubal. Who knows..but YES BEVYJO I love your advice, I totally agree. I had Gestational Diabetes and needed injections 3x a day and was SO DONE by 39 weeks.
I just put his basinett away and the put the crib up because he is too big! I remembered looking into the empty basinett before he was born, thinking 'OMG there is going to be a baby in there" and now it's going back into storage :(
But I love him, I love his smiles :)

My new baby is 13 days old and I know she is my last (barring a miracle) and it is hard sometimes to realize that I will never be pregnant again, never have a newborn again, etc. But I am enjoying her and am so glad she's here and healthy!

My guy just hit the 2 week mark and I'm already planning for the second!
