Been there! First trimesters are the worst and most stressful. Every Dr's visit, I just knew something would be wrong. However, there wasn't. I was sick and tired all the time. My emotions were all over the place. I am still worried, sick, tired, and emotional, but it does get better. I am almost 20 weeks BTW. I am also beginning to enjoy my pregnancy. You are the most exhausting point in your pregnancy. I began feeling some relief at 17 weeks. That said, it is different for everyone.
Hang in there, it does get better.
Worrying will do nothing for you. Be happy with what you are given and let it go its path.
Think positive and be happy with your new little joy.
Be sure you are eating enough -small quantity meals- to get the nutrition you need. i know that you may not FEEL like eating but the nutrition is important. (small quantities, healthy choices - so far i have not actually thrown up so i am not going to harp on my 'poor me I feel icky').
i hope you feel better soon.
