Hi everyone. I am 18 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child. I am still on my bipolar meds. The thing is though. I am miserable, anxious and I do not want to leave my house. I have no energy and my bloodwork does not show any deficiances. I have talked to my Dr and he does not want to change anything. Im looking for hope and was hoping you would share your experiences if you have any.

Hi and thanks for responding. I am afraid to go off my meds for fear Id end up in the hospital.

I feel like I am never going to be happy again. Im going to try and add you as a freind so we can talk more.

I am pregnant with my second child I am 5 weeks I am also bipolar, my ob told me to get off my meds because they were not good for the developing embrio, I was only in one phiche med, I started winning myself of of it since I found out I was pregos, i believe if you have a good support system and a supportive partner everything will be fine, I also had other friends also bipolar that had babies and they did fine without meds but everybody is different I wish you the best of luck
