I have had home tests say I was negative but think it was just too soon to tell. I like you was convinced I was pregnant!! I just knew! I remember when I took the first test that showed positive that little second line was so light I took 2 more just to make sure and each line was darker than the first one was. I know that a false negative can happen but chances are if the blood test came back negative too, that's usually a pretty accurate test. You know your own body though so maybe ask for another one just to confirm things and give you peace of mind. Good luck I hope it works out the way you hope. ((((Hugs)))))

Any chance you might have an ovarian cyst? I just had one that gave me a bunch of early pregnancy symptoms. I have had it for many months, and it just started to show these symptoms a a few weeks ago. I ended up having it have it surgically removed because it was hemorraging. Anyway, I missed my period altogether that month. Which has NEVER happened to me! Even with 3 miscarriages, my periods have stayed on course the whole time. Maybe see if they can do some more tests to see if they can figure out why you are having all of these symptoms. Praying for you.

I had several tests say negative and I even had a two day period and still feeling some symptoms I took a test a week after my period and it said posative and I really never thought I was! I am now 7 weeks along so it could happen all I can say is wait and I know it's hard but some people dont have enough of the hormone for the urine test to detect. The blood test there is still a small chance that it won't detect at least thats what my OB said. Good luck!!

I have low progesterone levels and low HCG levels in my pregnancies (I need suppliments to stay pregnant). I tested negative at doctors office every time when I have been pregnant. You can ask for a quantative pregnancy test. Usually the blood test is qualatitive (either positive or negative result) but it is only sensitive from 25 units or greater (depending on the lab testing of course). Which is only about as sensitive as the home pregnancy tests. The qualatitive blood tests checks your actual level of HCG - where anything over 5 units is usually considered pregnant. A few other conditions can also give a slightly raised HCG level. But knowing the exact level can help your doctor diagnose pregnancy or anything else. My levels do not hit 25 units until around 6 weeks of pregnancy... and I have usually known I was pregnant by blood test before I tested positive to HT's. Just a thought :)

Yea.. i had HT come up NEG, but i tested too soon and the following weeks i tested POS, so I retested a few days later and it was still a POS... Test again GL

I had this happen...I was just testing to early. I think I knew I was pregnant a few days after conception. Kept testing and got a BFP 9dpo.

It could be too early for you still. Wait a couple of days and try again.
