I'm planning my own baby shower and am so excited. It's a baby shower luau theme, all the island food we can eat, men and children welcome, total fun, fun, fun. I'm due in Dec. but having it mid Sept. so I can enjoy everyone and most important...they can enjoy me. ha ha
What will yours be like?
I've also started setting up the nursery...yep, having a blast. There's been a few mess ups like, the dresser arriving damaged, bedding being delivered to another customer in a totally different state and things. But if that's the worst that's happening with this pregnancy - so be it. I have time to reorder and wait a bit.

Also, where my overbearing MIL wants to have the shower is inaccessible to a lot of my friends because the bridge is under construction. My best friend is helping me out, and we're having a ton of fun planning it. I just don't want it to be ruined and be disappointed, though I appreciate everyone's efforts in trying to help me out, but it's just easier this way, and gives me some time with my best friend till Mommyhood starts! :) I'm still thinking about allowing men or not, I want to allow them to bring their children, but I don't think we have enough money to feed everyone... to be honest, we're really broke cause we just moved across state lines.
