you know i didn't have a natural period for like a year and a half before getting pregnant with ellie and even i have been regular since giving birth. they do tell you that you are super fertile right after having a baby and from what i can get its like a super recharge and most people get a regular cycle.

they did tell me that the first period or two might be light or heavy or unusual. i would guess that its ok right now, my first PP AF lasted about two weeks. however, if it hasn't stopped within a week you might give them a call just to be sure.

This is actually common. I wouldnt be worried. I def do not think its PCOS unless you have had issues in the past.
If you are concerned or it continues, seek medical attention.

I do have PCOS, it was confirmed by u/s before I started clomid to get pregnant. what I was saying is now I'm bleeding every other day, but before I got pregnant I would bleed like every 6 months cuz of the PCOS caused me to have very few periods.

You can always ask your doc to get checked out, but I think everyone is different. Hormones take a looooong time to adjust after birth. I bled for about 7 weeks straight (not crazy heavy but heavy enough), then it stopped and a week later, a bled again for a few days. Doc said it was normal. Then I got AF a month later and I was exclusively BF, and my periods were irregular before I got PG,. Which is why I had fertility treatments, but even though I continued to breastfeed my daughter till she was 14 months, my periods started to be regular through the whole time and I even got pregnant 10 months later naturally! While Breastfeeding! So I would say it is most likely normal.

I would ask to be checked out. Better safe than sorry. For me, I only had a few days of bleeding each of the two times I gave birth.
