I'm 12 weeks and 3 days.
Yesterday at work I was sitting and bent down to get something from the floor and felt an awful pain around my womb area, the pain continued at the same strength for a few minutes and I couldn't stand because of the pain. Then the pain went but kept coming back every now and again and still is from time to time.
I'm just worried i've hurt the baby, my boyfriend keeps saying if I had done anything bad then I would definately know because of bleeding or something.
Please help, i'm worrying myself silly

I spoke to a nurse on the early pregnancy unit at work and she said she thinks I probably just pulled a muscle and that it will probably settle down by next week.
Ahh...relief!
