Well i tell ya second trimester has been so insanely emotional. I guess for not being to emotional while not being pregnant it all had to come out eventually somewhere. Not to mention i am so tired in the middle of the day i cant seem to get anything done cause i cant get off the chair. So much to do and no energy to do any of it. I need a plan and my head is so mixed up i cant get a clear thought. Any advice on how to pullmyhead back together and how to deal with stressers better?

I had to work in a small nap in the middle of the day, and use some breathing techniques to deal with stress. I'm bad at dealing with stress when not pregnant, and while pregnant, oof, my poor husband :( But I've been focusing on getting a small nap in, putting on calming show like Downton Abbey or Master Chef, and escaping for a bit. Seems to help. I also find the Yogi Mommy to Be tea helps to calm me down.

I agree that naps help, even if it's just a short 20 minute one. I get that way too, with being fatigued and too stressed to do much. My guy has to do a lot of the cooking for me.

Oh, massages too! If there's anyone around willing to treat you to a nice hand or foot rub, take advantage of that. It helps relax and re-energize you. Otherwise I can give some acupressure advice that you can do yourself. My boyfriend has taught me a lot.
