...and the part where you said your fiance is worried and keeps telling you not to feel this way...it kinda made me smile, because now i know i wasn't alone. my husband was the same way...
...and i get you. it's not that we WANT to be depressed and feel like crap. i mean, who in their right mind would WANT to feel this? ESPECIALLY when they're PREGNANT??
the only advice i can give you is to breathe. close your eyes and take a deep breath. and wait it out. if you feel you can't wait any longer, i'd encourage you to seek professional help. if one doesn't help, find another one..
...and i think that it'd be good for your to encourage your fiance to go (but only if you're comfortable)...cuz that way, maybe he'll have a better understanding of what you're going through...
...i didn't take my husband with me...and sometimes i feel like he thinks i'm "superwoman" or something. if i feel so nauseous i can't move, he thinks i'm just being lazy. he told me i was making him look bad in front of his family (because, at the time, his family was doing a whole make-over with the house...rearranging furniture and dusting...and i was laying down majority of the time...
but keep the communication open! and keep your head up. you're strong and you can get through this. for yourself and for the baby.
I have some information on my other computer on meds that are safe with pg and bipolar. Just right now i m in process of a big move.
I do know that you can be on depakote and nurse. Also there are a few others that you can with as well. Just depends on dosage.
Anything i can do to help? I understand alot on the bipolar front and pg too.

Don't forget the power of prayer, as well. There's a verse in Phillippians (4:8) that I run through my mind whenever my thoughts turn dark - which they do at times.
"...whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things."
Sometimes just saying that over and over to myself helps me turn my thoughts around.

I feel so lousy I mean how can someone so sweet and kind want to be with me ... ever. I don't know maybe I just have to much time on my hands to think about stuff like that.
