My little dude is 1 now. Thankfully, I got super lucky in terms of pregnancy issues- but, I did have stomach issues and exhaustion through the 1st Trimester.
I found that carbs helped the nausea- I had a bagel every morning. Nothing else helped like it. I also did a fair amount of pregnancy tea. Also helped. And a coke- I don't know where you are on caffeine but, it made a huge difference for me for my stomach.
Second Trimester was a lot better for me- the fun stuff- finding out his gender, finally feeling him move, starting to actually look pregnant rather than just feel pregnant. And while still tired, I slept better. OH! I also discovered this company- 8 sheep organics- where I got this amazing lotion for restless legs which was a HUGE problem when I was pregnant and made it rough to sleep (if that's an issue for you- check their website- I highly recommend the stuff!)
The last few weeks was hard- I was ready to be done and little stinker went past his due date! But once he was in my arms it was all so worth it!
Hang in there momma! Every pregnancy is different and call your doctor if it gets to be too much- it's they're job to help you.
Congratulations again!
I will keep 8 sheep in mind; so far my legs have not been affected but it's good to have the info in case that changes.
Congrats on your baby being out in the world now, I can't wait to share in that joy!
