i am 7 months pregnant and my back is KILLING me..and my hips...any advice on what i can do to make it stop hurting? (dont say dont get pregnant...my doc already gave me that preach)...and also my daughter is constantly kicking my ribs and leaving her legs up there...how can i move her so she'll stop? HELP!!!
i'm 35 weeks now. usually if he's jabbing my ribs when i'm sitting, standing up helps. if i'm laying on my left side and he's jabbing me, i flip to the right. sometimes if i can't switch positions, i can push his feet out of the way.
as for the hips and the back, i wish i knew what to do. i waddle around all day and wake up every half hour of the night.
