That same thing happened to me. You just do it one day at a time. Some are harder than others, but in the end, its worth it.

i understand in a way... my boyfriend is kinda the same way... doesnt want to help pay for anything and wont go to any of the doctors appointments... also last weekend he went out and partied and me being in a mood, told him in a voicemail that my water broke (i have a high risk, labor at any moment pregnancy)... and he turned off his phone... the easiest way to look at it is "i would rather have my child not know his real father than know his father as some one who doesn't care or isnt "fit""... its hard to do at first i wont lie.. but remember that there is a wonderful thing comin into your life and things could ALWAYS be worse...
