You should go take a pregnancy test, they even sell them at the dollar store, but your cramping even if your negative, could be caused by a simple cyst on your ovary. Birth control regulates that, and makes your periods much lighter, and controls the crampng.
Either way, you need to go see a OB/GYN, or make an appoitment at planned parenthood.
Its possible that you were pregnant at one pt and had a miscarriage, and you really need to be exaimined. If your worried about talking to your parents, tell them that you are having bad cramps and irregular periods.
And need to go see a gyno.
