Just wanted to let everyone know that our baby boy Tyler was born at 9:49 this morning and weighed 8 lbs even and was 20 inches long. He is 5 weeks premature and will spend some time in the NICU, but his apgars were 9 and 9 and he looks great so far. Thanks to everyone for all the prayers and concern, I could not have made it through this journey without each and every one of you.

On a side note-- all mamas to be, please trust your instinct if you think something is wrong. When the doctor made my incision this morning, my old uterine scar was completely pulled apart and open.... he said we made the right decision to deliver as it was a matter of time and Tyler would probably have been stillborn too.
