Early pubic hair, breast, or genital development may result from normal but early maturation or from several abnormal conditions. Early puberty which is normal in every way except age is termed idiopathic central precocious puberty. It may be partial or transient. Does your child have any unusual alarming behavior? And if so how do you know if it is CPP related or not?
My 4 year old is covered in bruises and scrapes. Hard playing. But I noticed the whole tip of one of her fingers was covered in marker. But when I went to wipe it off, it was scratched and rawish.
I asked what happened. She said she ate it. I said what? She said I bit my finger. I asked why. She said, I was hungry.
I said, no Hannah, you were not why did you do it. She just giggles and run away.
When asked again she just said she bit it. No reason why.
Not sure what to make of it. Is this an anger thing, anxiety thing, behavioral thing? I know she bites her nails a lot.
Her implant is working for the most part. So unsure what to think. Just thought I would throw that out there and see if anyone had any input.
Otherwise, she is a happy, kissy, giggly, loving, playful child.

When I was in Kindergarten I remember getting in trouble often for playing too aggressively, especially with boys. I can remember that I was playing with a jump rope as a lasso and wrapped it around a boys neck. That sounds scary as I type it, but to me at the time I was just playing. I was pretty confused as to why I had got in trouble especially because I liked the boy.
I think having those pent up feelings and not being able to express them or have an outlet for them causes frustration and anger. Also, my treatment could have added to that.
I didn't go through counseling at the time but I now believe that clue have made a huge difference in my ability to understand my feelings and what was happening in my body.
