Need help with acne in 3 yr old.

I need a good, safe cleaning regiment for a 3 year old with acne. I am afraid to use the harsh stuff. Anyone else deal with this?

What have you tried so far? My daughter hasn't had this issue but I did ask her doctor what to use if she got acne and she said the same thing an adult would use. What about pro-active or acne free? They sell acne free at Walmart.

I have not tried anything. Did not know if the acne free would be too harsh on a 3 year old's skin. I use it for myself, so i could always try. But I think I need to check with a dermatologist first because she is broke out in a rash all over her arms and legs and so i am not sure if she has eczema too. And if she does, does that affect what i can use on her face.

I might try using acne free on just the spots. See how it does. Thanks for the reply.

If you want something really mild but that also works pretty well, I would use baking soda mixed with a little water. I get acne pretty rarely but when I do I use this because I'm allergic to a lot of the chemicals in most skin stuff.
