i had my mirena coil changed on wednesday and boy was it painful.id had it in seven years and it had really stopped working as i had terrible pms again but my doctor said they wouldnt take it out when i asked her 2 years ago.then i had problems because they couldnt find it and i had various people trying to get it out(so painful).well id just about given up when a doctor at the hospital after 30 seconds showed me and said its out,i could have kissed him.i had a new one put in as its the best thing ive tried .it has really helped with my heavy periods and bad pms.
