I hope you find something else that is a good fit. I tried the Ring for a month..but it did not work for me either I got more depressed. I read horror storied on it, I don't want to try any BC method, other than condoms :0(.
Doc. said I have depression as well as PMDD. It might not be able to help me then. Reading all those -ve effects on you has already scared me half death. I knew how it felt.
Oh, how about you try anti-depressant for your PMDD? You can start taking it 14 days before you have your period (if your doc. is willing to subscribe it to you). I have been searching long for the help of PMDD in internet. What i found were almost all medical websites' doctors suggested people to take anti-depressant (low dose) to control PMDD.
I have never tried it because I already have clinical depression WITH pmdd so I have been taking anti-depressant anyways...I think for my case, all i have to do is to increase the dosage. FOr you, again, you can try 14 days before you have your period. Not my opinion, I found it from medical websites.
Hope you are well. :-)
