I feel super emotional, on edge, my boobs are so so tender, i am SO tired and sleepy. Even around my hips/ovary area is sore, what the hell is going on in there lol/
I have acpuncture tomorrow, i know he says "more red meat" and i know it'll help. I also have had some "uti feeling" after the last couple of periods (i am a 27 day cycle pretty much) he said it's liver being a bit depleted. So i am working on that also *sigh*. it doesn't quite turn into one, but feels like it could, so i hit the cranberry and inner health.
