I;m not to sure about the wisdome part. But, dealing with MS for the past 17 years has made me ask what did I do wrong? But God Said nothing. I depend on Hime for guidance and have faith that I'm living my life the best I can. I also wonder about all the meds I take, but, I know that God created everything including doctors. I know that you can over do it, but that's true with anything. I fail almost everyday trying to be the perfect person that God will love, but, on those days God lets me know that I am a sinner and as long as I keep trying and asking for forgiveness He loves me no matter what. Chronic pain is an awful thing and I reckon that it gets you thinking in a way you don't normally otherwise you would know that God only wants you the best for you. I just KNOW you don't have to do earn God's love and help with charitable works either, God LOVES us whatever we are and whatever we do, he just does, accept it, it is a universal truth and love Him back despite your difficult situation right now. I have been in your situation and understand the awful mental pain you are going through. God gave wonderful brains to people to develop those pain meds, those pain meds are an indirect gift from God, everthing on this earth is a gift from God so take those pain meds with his blessing. Keep praying to God to open your heart and mind to him about this matter so you will be at peace with yourself and God. Take care of yourself and lots and lots of hugs.

thanks everyone, Ziporah my husband hates that i take pain meds, says i should just live with it! I said i wouldnt be working, cleaning our house, going on the harley etc etc. My pain doc says just dont talk to him about it, its sad that i cant share this w him.
I know i dont earn His love, but doesnt it say faith without works some thing or other?Like we should be doing something to help others?Thanks again.

The Bible say that faith without works is dead. But that does not apply to healing. It applies to telling others the good news of how Jesus died for us all. God put doctors and chemist here on earth to help us when there is no other choice. I know many people that have trhown away their meds and some have lost their children while walking in faith that the child would get well. This is a personal decision between you and the Lord. I take my meds and fully believe that God can heal me. However, if he chooses not to in this life he will fully heal me in the next. That does not mean I can just throw away my medicines as I would have siezures and all sorts of complications. Hope that helps. This is just my opinion not neccessarily what many would have me to believe ot try and force me to. I am sad that your husband can not understand the volume of your pain.
