I will do the best I can with taking care of myself. I did not expect the seizure I had Monday or Tuesday. They wanted to start me on a different medication called Kappra and plus take 4 dilantin-two dilantin in the morning and two at night. I had heard that with Kappra I would suffer with being dizzy, have a headache, lose memory, want to harm myself (I am not suicidal). I don't want to take a medicine that will make me depressed and suicidal and lose my memory. I would not recognize my mom and brother. I also heard that Kappra is given to people who has pain. I don't have pain.

I do not know how to describe how I feel today, it is something I had never felt before. I know where to begin. I wonder if it is because I am feeling lonely and sad. I don't know if it is because I had been in the hospital or what but I just do not feel like my normal self but I am trying so hard. I do not feel like eating but I am forcing myself. I hate feeling like this, I really do. I want it to stop.
