Here is a link to last night's show I did my OMG post about. It's at the end, where Roger Waters sang the Pink Floyd song "Comfortably Numb" that was a hit from the album The Wall.
Notice the guys singing and playing in wheel chairs? They're the guys who really blew me away, even more than Billy Corgan and Tom Morello who you can see there. They got PTSD from improvised explosive devices like me, and 6 of them spoke out about it between songs during the evening.
HEALING PTSD WAS THE WHOLE SHOW'S FOCUS. Thousands of people hearing about PTSD, how to resist suicidal feelings from it, all of it and without the usual stigma. Instead, the opposite, front and center with respect.
They belong to MusiCorps, which was started with vets with PTSD in Walter Reed hospital for healing.

I'm so excited I decided at my next PTSD talk at a church Dec 13 that's what I'm going to talk about. Us here at DS PTSD and MusiCorps, places of hope and support that need the support of the public out there to end the stigma and bring healing.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
This is os awesome. Just so amazingly fantastic that this happened and the word spreads! Woot!
I never in my life thought I would ever see such a thing with my own eyes, much less be there in the middle of it. Miracle, yes.
Spreading MusiCorps is a great idea.
I really liked this... Stigma is huge is so many conditions...One of my dearest friends is in a wheelchair and she goes through so much BS in life re being treated different... Fortunately she has a killer sense of humour

Also, so nice PTSD is getting some attention, people still don't know what it is..frustrating.
