From 6 a.m. to now that I'm posting this at 6 p.m. I've been surviving the worst Chronic Kidney Disease episode I've ever had since getting the disease from a bad psychiatrist's overdosing me on Seroquel for PTSD nightmares 13 years ago. As bad as it is, I'm trusting it to pass like previous episodes have and then I'll be back as CL with support for y'all. Meanwhile, support welcome.

Does anyone here have a comfort item you carry with you when you go out? For example this is my doll, Annie, and I've recently been bringing her with me when I run errrands flor have an appointment. Holding her comforts me. I've bought her clothes, crocheted for her, I recently bought a personalized blanket with her name on it. Just wondering if anyone else has a comfort item.

I literally think I got a preview of what death by kidney disease would feel like. It ain't painful like cancer. That's good. But it is death. I felt as if the life were slipping away from me there for a couple of hours.
The thing is, though, that I can bounce back the next day. Hope so.
