What are some things you do daily to feel better?

I'm new here and would love to hear about some daily rituals, hobbies, small acts, anything, that have helped folks when they are feeling triggered or down.

Which explains the mysterious fevers and my extra fatigue. I'm so glad I pushed for answers.

What sort of methods do you normally go to?
Typically, I find that doing my makeup helps (the more complicated a look the better), makeup has a slowing down affect on me where i'm forced to pay careful attention not to make a mistake. I also like that afterwards I look presentable.
I'll journal. I have supportive friends who I'll call. and finally, I'll watch a TV show.
I've also been doing the makeup thing for years! I find the whole process of "getting ready" to be really calming.
I also have learned to crochet. Counting stitches is enormously mind-numbing, it turns out. And I get something from it. Usually blankets that are pet-sized, and odd hats, but something.
When down, I clean the house (more than usual), but again, my go-to is generally a shor twalk.
I also find that watching Bob Ross Joy of Painting is very soothing.
Peace to your day.
I also make a list of at least 5 things to be grateful for every day..... Big hug.... xo
