walk to the shop with my hood over my head
I woke up, like I do almost every day of my life, thinking, oh no, another day to get through before I sleep again.
The anger is terrible.......the depression is worse......I don't take any drugs, but I wish I could get some valium...I know it takes the edge of the pain.
I want to get help, but I can't......I have a young child......they will intervene and may take her away.
We are living in an attic room....it is too low to stand up.....we have no kitchen.....some basics in the room......I wash up in our shared bathroom.......THIS IS MY HOUSE.......but I had to rent it all out because I am now too ill too work to pay the mortgage, bills etc etc.
My daughter is not in school......I am meant to be home edding....if either of us had the will......the authorities don't know we are back in the country.
I am only live hour by hour.

Lately I've been feeling scared and full of anxiety. I recently found a lump under my nipple. I hurt my back too. I'm in the process of moving. I'm run down. Everything is hard

Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...

How old is your daughter? Did she walk with you to the store? Are you in danger of deportation?
Hope healing happens here.
Try not to do it all alone, too, if you can, will you? Social services won't intervene if you have other support already in place. One support could be turning over your daughter's education to the school system for a while to take that task off your plate for a bit, too, right? Then perhaps you can find an affordable counselor to help you through this bout with depression you're experiencing. That may lead to an affordable doctor who can prescribe meds at a rate that's within your reach.
Easy does it, lightening your load gently sounds like the way forward hour by hour now, ok?
