I hate hate HATE this fucking headache!!! I mean, for a few days I have no problems with headaches, but this one has been going on for over a week now without a break and it's starting to seriously annoy me. I know, concussions take time, but I still hate it!
I missed a lot of school work, since I couldn't do any of it while at home, again because of the concussion. One would think 6 of them are enough for a lifetime... ARGH! I have an exam tomorrow and I have to hand in an assignment on tuesday, but I won't be finished with it by then since I couldn't do anything this week. Which I didn't exactly plan on. Technically, I'm not even supposed to do anything yet.
I can't sleep. Well, I can, but never more than five minutes at a time. And I'm not exaggerating here.
On top of that my father called from an unlisted number (otherwise I wouldn't have taken the call). I hung up after about 10 seconds, but he still managed to trigger me. With my main trauma. Thank you very fucking much NOT! I hate him. I really want to hurt him right now. I wouldn't though, even if he was in the same country as I which he luckily isn't.
I feel angry, upset and on edge, worse than I have in a long time. I want to hide away in the dark and be left alone. I want to go outside and just run until I collapse. I want to punch something. I want to hurt myself. But I won't, don't worry. It'll take a few minutes, but I'll get my control back soon, I'm just still too raw and upset from the flashbacks.
I was wondering if prolonged inactivity is a trigger, guess I have my answer now. It is. Massive one. Oh joy...
Sorry, just had to get this out. Thanks for listening.

Lately I've been feeling scared and full of anxiety. I recently found a lump under my nipple. I hurt my back too. I'm in the process of moving. I'm run down. Everything is hard

Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...

Since the headache is a result of the concussion unfortunately water won't do anything and painkillers don't work on me. But my head should be fully healed within the next few days.
I don't have a concussion but do get migraines and I am feeling you here about this not letting up, arghhhhhhhhhhhhh. of course, when we get upset at them, that helps them hurt us more, right? great/NOT
good rant, let it out
I think only thing that helped was ummm crap I don't think anything helped. I couldn't sleep because as soon as I leaned over into bed I would get dizzy and would have to sit up again.
For me that is the worst part. The loss of balance. I had great balance when I was younger. I could walk tight rope and was awesome on stilts. So losing my balance from the concussion sucked.
Hope you find some relief somehow.
Vent it, Neo, vent it. There is more room outside than inside.
Headaches suck. . .
