Unexplained anger

I was really angry all day for no reason. I did feel a little better after picking up my kiddo and eating dinner. 


anyone else ever feel this way?


now I have a massive headache....

Yup. I seldom know why I am angry until I vent and/or channel the anger. Even then, I don't always get to know. Shrug-a-lug. . . Sometimes it's better to let the mystery be.

I favor the theory that anger can be more mysterious because civilized humans tend to repress their anger more deeply than other emotions.

Am I suffering delusions of grandeur to call myself a civilized human?

Yeah I wonder myself sometimes where that comes from. Sometimes it’s as simple as dehydration or too much sugar and other times, who knows? Glad you started to feel better.

Anger is part of PTSD.... I can get really angry at times as well.... Anger is always secondary to something else
Pain or frustration.... Maybe some time for you and baby steps will help you take care of you today.... Big hug.....xo

I had the same thing happen before but still clueless to why. What SunCloud said I heard before From my Therapist. But I am glad you end up feeling better

Yes, sometimes I experience being angry without knowing the reason.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
