Trying to have a baby with sex related PTSD?

Can anybody share experiences with this please?
My husband and I want to have kids and have decided to start trying, but I seem to be having major issues when we actually, you know, try. We are at the point where we are testing ovulation and are trying the every other day thing, and it’s starting to feel as if I am giving up rights to my own body. Like, it’s a trying day so we have to have sex now. There’s no choice. (Obviously there is always choice, but as far as wanting a child that’s how you make one).
This morning I went into total lockdown and was literally recoiling when he tried to touch me. I want kids so bad, but I don’t know how I’m supposed to do this.

Lately I've been feeling scared and full of anxiety. I recently found a lump under my nipple. I hurt my back too. I'm in the process of moving. I'm run down. Everything is hard

Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...

Are you in therapy?
Arfie makes a good point - that pregnancy can also be triggering for some people. And kids are definitely triggering! Sooner or later they will trigger the hell out of you. It's best to be prepared with that knowledge and a game plan in advance.
Really at first this trying thing seemed really good for our relationship. We actually started being intimate once in a while. I think a lot of the issue was his attitude this morning. Like, it's a trying day so I'm going to start trying to get you in the mood now even though you are clearly not feeling well. The pressure, the... entitlement. I don't know. I wanted to throw up, and I couldn't get myself to say anything to him because of this stupid mental block I have about it.
A friend told me that she made shopping lists in her head more than a few times during the "act". She felt bad for her husband, because he actually had to "preform" and it was difficult for him too.
You need to agree on a signal or expression you can use that lets him know in no uncertain terms that sex it is not a possibility at that time and he should not pursue it. Like the whole "safe word" concept. You need a way to say "no" that gets around your mental block - and he needs to respect that.
Sincerely, Coffeelover
