I just keep having flashbacks, he's lowering himself over me and I can't move between the drugs and the ropes he has me immobilized. 


These last few months have been so hard and the ptsd isn't helping... between taking care of my son and being diagnosed with cancer I just can't deal with this shit anymore...

It sounds like an overwhelming amount to deal with. Just take it one day, one hour, even one minute at a time.

There is always hope. Always a way that things could get better, but we don't always see it. Welcome to the cozy notch between a rock and a hard place. When I get to that point I just need to let it out all at once. Scream, Dance, jump up and down, pummel a pillow, push against the wall and imagine you could move it backwards an inch. Those last two are actually supposed to stimulate your fight response. If physiological responses got us into this mess of PTSD, we might as well use them to get us out too.

Whatever you choose to do, go for it! don't be afraid to let it out as long as you're not hurting yourself or anyone else. We are here for you. we care and we will do our best to help you through this. You are not alone. I'm rooting for you!

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
