i just put the munchkins on the bus for the last half day of the school year. while i breathe a sigh of relief that the end of school pressures are all complete (knock wood), i shiver at the prospect of 24/7 childcare demands for the next 3 months. will i be able to squeeze in my daily nap? i seem to be increasingly covinced that daily naps will be an essential ingredient in the drive keep my 70 year old bones available to these munchkins through high school. the baby is class of 2037. dare i dream of attending her college graduation? summer road trip? do i have to? the view from the porch quite literally rocks my world. theme parks and video arcades? i am tired to tears at the very thought.
just venting and sorting. no advice, please. the books are all available. commisuration welcome.
again i leave the mood icon on the rapid cycling median. i'm earning my rapid-cyclng bipolar misdiagnosis today.
fun side note
the family has been experiencing spontaneous songbustion merging two old classics into a fun little ditty.
