One thing you can do is grounding techniques. If you google "grounding techniques for PTSD" you will find a lot of web pages and videos on things you can do to remind your mind and your body that you are in the here and now.
Therapy or counseling are also important so you have someone to process and share with.
For now, you don't have to look in the mirror if that is triggering. You can put a cloth over your mirrors for the time being. Take care and I'm sending my best wishes.

we can say it out loud to ourselves if it is alright where we are. or good things too, we can say, i am a good person. there are good ones on youtube.com they are called affirmations.
i'm not being good at it right now, sorry. they help a lot though : ) for at first, it is good to know that nothing that happened to you was your fault.
