Super creepy event while I was moving....

I'm not sure, but has anyone ever had a random person come into your home or apartment and just watch you sleep and not say a word to you?
I honestly don't expect anyone to have that happen, but it's really scary/creepy.
Heres how I reacted to it: I woke up, to some random person sitting next to my bed. Then I screamed and kinda like freaked out (he still didn't say anything). Then I ran out of the room I was in and met up with my brother and mother (they were very confused). And I simply pointed towards my room. And I went to call the police and after that the police just took him out of our apartment and we moved out of that apartment and never came back.
The landlord offered us an extra month but we kindly rejected that offer.
keep in mind this was like 8 years ago after the whole incident with my dad.

Lately I've been feeling scared and full of anxiety. I recently found a lump under my nipple. I hurt my back too. I'm in the process of moving. I'm run down. Everything is hard

Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...

"Super creepy" is putting it mildly, Skii, even 8 years after the fact. Healing hopes for your recovery.
When I was a kid growing up in a war overseas, there was a wave of kidnappings of Americans in my city. The only other American in my neighborhood a few streets over, my 5th grade classmate's dad, was kidnapped and killed when the kidnappers' ransom demand wasn't met. Our neighbors on my block then set up a watch over our house because they said that my family was being "cased" by would-be kidnappers next.
It was a creepy time. My dad was taken in the night and then released--I don't know why, I just suspect he wasn't a big enough fish, so to speak, and they threw him back. After that, there were no more reports of anyone watching our house any more. They must have just moved on.
Also, wow that must have been terrifying for your dad at the time. Thanks as well muji!
