Solidarity soothes the soul as skin itches
For the last two days I've gotten over a dozen and a half posts of solidarity here for my prurigo nodularis dx from kidney disease its the mad itching symptoms that cause insomnia and trigger my PTSD symptoms.
Well, the itching continues even as I type this, but the madness is on the decline just because: I KNOW I'M NOT ALONE. Because of you. Thank you. Your solidarity is more effective to still my desperate soul than any hydrocortizone cream I've been slathering on my itching legs.
That Friday class on the anger stage of the 5 stages of grief I had to teach in the bad shape I was in turned out well because I told them about you and brought you into the class with me that way. So we covered the material and had a positive class atmosphere, too.
It's a day by day thing, so I'll ask for support as needed. But I wanted to give my gratitude back in return, too.

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.

Big hugs, Muji, from safe distance.... It *does* stop.
just as you are here for us with your generous heart.
As for the class have them go kick a brick wall real hard and swear, as they limp away ask them to visualize that reaction time10, and then a hundred just for futility's sake.
Hugs J.
