Service Dogs

Does anyone in this group have a Psychiatric Service Dog to help with their PTSD? What tasks do you have them perform? Did you owner train or get a dog from a program?

this is like my third time trying to reply to this but DS keeps making me fetch my backend

Hi Trichster. I think there are a few members with service dogs.

I do not have a psychiatric service dog but my pup helps me so much emotionally. He sure makes me laugh. I would love to hear the answers to these questions also.

I know a DS PTSD who has one, though I don't have one myself. At the community college where I teach, we have a professor's daughter who has one, too, a real help to her.
