I have to say mum passed away this morning at 11:40 the numbness is overwhelming, i have no other feeling at all

Ouch. Glad you decided to share about it, BB. Grief is a sneaky bugger that starts with that whelming numbness which contains more emotions than I have words to describe. It starts getting hairy when the numbness subsides and the emotions start bubbling to the top.

My older brother died exactly a week ago today. We have been estranged for 40+ years and. . . Grief is still a sneaky bugger. Find myself grieving that 40+ years of estrangement as much, maybe more than I am grieving his death. Maybe. Grief is a sneaky bugger.

    Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.
