Hi.
I have not been on for awhile and cannot remember when I car on last. I have four weeks left before I have to stop seeing my current therapist. The saddest thing happened was this last Mon the new therapist that I just start ed to see supervisor came on to our online session and said after speaking to my current therapist they have to discharge me. My current therapist told me on Wednesday that that therapist was young and didn't know realized that I had too many issues. Then my current therapist turned around and told me to keep looking because we only have four weeks. I told her no and that I am not God. Now she was spoken to by another provider and I don't think she like it. I feel like she became a robot toward me. Like I need to fix it because its my problem.
My body hurts and I don't feel well and been having more vertigo attack. Last Friday my Neurologist said it's stress related. I have to drop my pcp because I report her office staff and now they are giving me a hard time again two weeks later. This is the worst of the worst time for me. I cry a lot. I just want to lay down all the time. My GI is concerned about me but it doesn't matter really because I just want it to be done wifh. I might still talk To DCF to see if r can continue to see current therapist. If I don't ask I don't know. Having faith that it will work out.

I have 3 kids. 24. 17. 15. My 17 yr old has become super defiant. He and his 15 yr old sister have on their own decision stopped going to their dads because he and his household is so toxic. My 15 yr old and myself feel like we have to tip toe around my son who is 17. And physically towers over us and out weighs us. He has become emotionally abusive and on the verge of becoming physically...
Thor is right, stress management/ destressing/ distress tolerance techniques (whatever whoever you're talking to calls it) are a good idea to help get you through this.
Hugs and prayers.
This move to the East Coast went beyond their reach, though, and for the first time since 1995 I was on my own. I understand what you're going through now in the light of what I myself went through 10 years ago when I came here. I'm going to retire abroad next year and make another move beyond the reach of my docs.
What's helped me is coming here. I'm glad you thought of coming here, too. The disadvantage of our group is that it's not face to face, obviously. But the advantage is that it's universally available when face to face support is not. Keep coming back through every step of this transition you're going through so we can support you along the way, rose. It's what I'm doing as I get ready for my next big transition. We're here for you.
Thanks for everyone support. This is not a good time but I am having faith that things will get better. I appreciate what everyone has said and the support. Hope everyone is having a better day and time. I going to lay down because I am having a bad headache.
