In case you missed my other update on the other thread about walking, it said:  DUDE!  I WALKED TO THE CORNER BY THE HOTEL AND BACK LAST NIGHT--NO WHEELCHAIR, BABY!  SCORE!  SO TODAY I'M OUTTA HERE AND GOING HOME!  YEAH!  THANKS FOR ALL OF YOUR SUPPORT AND PRAYERS--THEY WORKED!! :-)

a silver lining i find in the cloud of my chronic conditions is the good days give me loads of extra appreciation of the simple gifts like walking and being able to open a kid-proof bottle.

It did feel amazing! And arfie's right, the simple stuff means so much now, like going to the supermarket and being able to walk pushing a grocery cart today. :-)

I LOVE Leonard Cohen, so thanks and hallelujah!

I walked 3.2km yesterday, back to reaching my daily walking goal of 3-5km per day. My left foot did hurt and I soaked my feet in a tub of warm water with salts when I got home, but I was out of the wheelchair I'd been in for a week.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
