Hey, everybody. Muji here, on a Thursday evening. Whew, am I ever tired! This work week hasn't been dramatic or traumatic, just long.
I'm kind of pooped, but I've got one more day of work to get through tomorrow. I posted last week about pedaling hard to keep up at work. When I get tired, my PTSD insomnia kicks in and makes me more tired. That happened last night.
Still, I caught up at work last week, thanks to your support. Now I'm hoping for a good finish to this work week. Any support for that would be really welcome. Just 1 year and 1/2 now until I can take early retirement....

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

So sorry about your insomnia,it's so frustrating to not be able to sleep even though you are exhausted.
i hope you have an uneventful day tomorrow, and that you are able to rest this week end.
A year and a half!
That will fly by,muji, even if it seems sometimes like the days are dragging on.
You have all my support.
I turned down an invitation to see a movie tomorrow night so I can just crash after work if I can just get through work tomorrow.
That's short term. Long term, yeah, only those 1 and 1/2 years left until I hit that magic number of years of service. That's when I can take my early retirement in the nick of time before my PTSD gets in the way of working full time.
He took it out on me after class and blamed me for unresolved feelings he obviously had brought with him before class. Somehow I was able to maintain my composure and calm him down. He wants to be a nurse, though. After we shook hands I was left wondering how he'll be able to help patients if he needs someone else to calm him when issues around patients upset him so.
Beyond my pay grade, though, right? I'll just try to keep my focus on that fact that I only have 44 days until I get back to Mexico for a break from the daily school grind. Then a year and a half until retiring for good, yeah!
