Yup, "Rejuvination"" a good name for it, even though I don't know how to spell it and haven't figured out how to access the spell checker from the laptop I am currently using.

The sinus infection that had me floored last week hit my beloved's weakened immune system like a tsunami. Ouch and howling ouch! Austin is often called, "The Allergy Capital of the World" because it sits at the intersection of 5 separate geological systems: the great plains to the north, the piney woods to the northeast, swamps to the east, coastal plains to the south and southeast, and the deserts to the west. Spring is busting out all over in all 5 of those regions. Normally, the biodiversity more than compensates for the sneezery, but my beloved's immune system has been seriously over-taxed by the 3 month and still counting string of gall bladder complications. His sneezes quickly settled into pneumonia. Doc Crazy Wife went on the war path and whisked him 180 miles in the desert direction in hopes of cutting the allergy exposure by 80%. Not a cure, but.... much more pleasant and far cheaper than hospital treatments for pneumonia.

We have been holed up in a cozy, little cabin for about 5 days now. That scary, gut wrenching cough seems to be letting up. knock wood and whatever stuperstitious precaution you can think of...

Yup, rejuvenation is a good word for it, except for that spelling thing...
