I've had a thoroughly irritating day.
First of all, my a***hole math teacher gave us the wrong topics to study for the exam *again*, about a quater of the class didn't write anything, I got maybe half of it, and every single one of us handed it in half an hour early because we didn't understand anything.
Yesterday I wanted to study with an old friend, but he cancelled last minute because he wanted to spend the time with his girlfriend. They make a lovely couple and she's a friend of mine too, but more than (literally!!!) 30 seconds notice would've been nice.
Today the same friend convinced me to wait with him for his girlfriend for half an hour in the f*cking cold. After she came I noticed I forgot something and asked them to wait while I got it, it didn't take me more than a minute, but when I was back they'd left without me. Thank you very f*cking much. I get it, a girlfriend has a higher priority than a friend, but I was the only one there for him after he broke off with his last girlfriend, after he'd spent months completely ignoring me and all his other friends. I think at this point I'm allowed to expect them to wait one f*cking minute. Grrr!
My mother had the day off, so she cooked today, which was nice of her. But there's one food I'm allergic to, always have been, which she's fully aware of, but of course she put it in it. Then she got annoyed because I didn't want to eat it. Sorry if I don't feel like nausea and a stomach ache. I still helped her with her work though.
Then, this evening, I asked her to turn the tv down so I could study, and she tells me to f*cking MIND MY TONE!
WTF?! I'm not five years old anymore! Besides, I asked a normal question, politely, like always. I wasn't snappy, I didn't yell or swear or anything, what the hell did I do wrong???!
I may be overreacting, but bloody hell, my insomnia has been at it's worst and she's put me in some extremely triggering situations lately (which I'm pretty sure she knew to be triggering, but she likes to think we're perfectly fine and 'normal', so her depression, our generally dysfunctional family and my PTSD are things never to be spoken of) and I've got finals stress.
Also my c*nt of a father upset my sister *again*.
I'm too exhausted for this shit. I almost feel like bruising myself like I used to years ago, just to have an outlet. Don't worry though, I won't. I've got more control than that, haven't done it in about 6 years. It'll pass in an hour or two.
Thanks for letting me vent a bit, sorry for making it this long. I feel better already.
Sometimes it's just the little things...

Meds made lactose intolerable so that takes out a lot of foods shared with people , simple things like mashed potatoes and mac&cheese give the same results.

Families can be a real Mofo. When my Brother was your age he didn't give a crap about anything, but now he has improved his life significantly.
