I was recently kicked in the butt/ vulva from behind (in mid August.) I had a lot of similar feelings that I had in '95 after my uncle sexually assaulted me. I've been reading about groin attacks and it said that they can be a hormone disrupter, especially for men, but I was wondering about the effect on me. It did curb my libido, although my butt took most of the impact.

My uncle did yank down one of my breasts after I got away from him, so I was wondering if that could have also had hormonal effects.

I can't explain the way I feel, raw and sad. It's awful to feel traumatized by something humiliating and "funny" like the kick I got.

In the mind of my attacker, I "deserved" it because the way I danced with him made him uncomfortable three months prior. i've already posted and obsessed too much about this; just focusing on the event and its effects itself, not him.

first i would like to say it takes a lot of courage to share our stories of humiliation.

i am in no way a doctor, but i will share my experience and education i have been given. (TW) when i was around seven years old, maybe six i was gang raped and sodomized. i experienced physical trauma that made it impossible for me to ever have children. Before i was able to have a hysterectomy i was forced to go through the awful pain of puberty, extensive therapy and courses on how the body functions, what the female production system does and does not do, what would happen when i had this done. i must say a lot of what they said would happen, did not (loss of sexual drive, vaginal dryness, etc). My injuries were extensive and i had more than my share of repair surgeries but everything seems to work just fine.

Ok. Now on to your question and again, no doc here but what i do know is the vulva is a pleasure muscle and protects the vagina and urinary functions. it might not be hormonal but it could have damaged the vulva causing sexual disfunction.

I would make an appointment with your GYN to see if there are any further problems going on and if they can possibly help the problem?

I think my butt took most of the force; it has been hurting more when I go to the bathroom. He stopped short of the clitoris; there might be some nerve damage in both sets of labia, but I'm not having problems during sex, just phantom pains most of the time.i think I will call the doc..

I had my tailbone broke, no treatment. But I experienced what you mentioned. because the sexual act moved the fracture. Pain and reason made me not want to engage.

May not have to call doc; ice packs are fixing it!

Tailbone.... OUCH! Hank Williams became an alcoholic because he was born with his spine partially out and eased the pain with booze... it did help him write good songs...

Sex is a great pain reliever, medical fact.
