hey guys. just reaching out again. so i know where my ptsd is coming from i think, just relationships especially an emotional/psychologically abusive relationship i was in. im doing alright just tired. i hate driving thru his hometown it is hard. i have to drive thru it all the time. :( blah i cant believe i let him be such a jerk to me for so long. and when i watch a movie where there is cheating, it takes me back to when he cheated. i read this book "healing from hidden abuse" it was eye opening and hard to read honestly. i cried after. a hard realization of what happened. and i have been undermining the pain and what really happened. but it caused me to be a wreck and feel like i was a terrible person for a long term. thank god i went to inpatient in january that was the begiinning of this recovery road. and God has helped me but yeah. healing from here on out. also im trying to move out so i can be far away and not have to drive thru his hometown (even tho its where my grandparents live) but yeah. suggestions? comments?

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

a coworker of mine. I changed my life in a hurry and moved out of state as a first step to recovery. Then I got a therapist who worked by day for the VA and was therefore a PTSD specialist so I could work through how my support group time itself was used against me in such a deliberately destructive way. Moving wasn't 100% of my recovery, then, but it was an important first step so I could begin to have healthy boundaries.
It takes a lot of courage...... I'm glad that you're here......xo
