Hello everyone,I have just joined DS.I have had difficulties all my life,and was diagnosed with PTSD,I believe there is some work being done that is taking PTSD a bit further,CPTSD,ComplexPTSD.I have never had support and it has taken me many years to finally get the help I need ,I am here because,I want support,and hope that I can also encourage others going through the same.

Hi, Kath. I'm sorry you got here because you have PTSD, but I'm glad you found us. It's good timing as far as joining us here because after many years on an old website, Daily Strength just moved us all onto this new website. So in a sense, we're all new here, whether we've been with DS for years or not. It's taking some getting used to for many of us, so we're glad you're here with us to help us work the bugs of the new website out.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
